Me: "If you guys want a four-layer cake, a 9" round will surely feed 15 people."
Him: "I was thinking bigger. 13 inch? Do you do 13 inch cakes?"
Her: "Or 12 is probably a more standard size."
Me: "I can do a 12-inch four-layer cake, but do you guys realize that will feed 45-50 people?"
Them: "That sounds good. Do you need a deposit?"
Um... why would you order/buy a cake that will feed 45-50 people when you have 15 coming over? Maybe size DOES matter?
